I spoke to him about a problem I had with a plug I bought. Well, I must say, that this GENTLEMAN couldn't have been more professional! Without even knowing whether or not I bought the plug from him, he was willing to contact whoever was necessary in order to replace it...... UNBELIEVABLE!
