Thanks for another great year
Hi everybody,
I've been more of a lurker thank a poster for the last 6-8 months, but I just wanted to thank everyone for another great year on this board.
Whether I post or not, I always check this board every day. There is always someting to be learned here. I find that this board matches my fishing interests better than any other.
In particular, I'd like to thank John R for maintaining things here at Striped-Bass.com. I'm sure we alll wish we'd get more of a chance to thank him, because this forum has been entertaining for me (both in season and out) for the better part of two years now and I'm sure others would agree.
Sounds like you all have enjoyed some great events this year, and one of my new years resolutions is to attend a striped-bass.com event this coming season. I've learned a lot from all of your posts, and I imagine I'd learn even more by fishing with some of you.
In short, thanks to all of you for making this a fun place to visit on the web, and special thanks to John R for making it all possible.
Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year to each of you and your families! Times are tough and scary these days, but for me it's places to escape like Striped-bass.com that make life more fun.
