I just read about it on another site. In short and from memory the following.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Cascade 2, a 28 footer began taking on water over the stern 1.5 miles out. The bilge was not working and the captain, Raymond Eldredge 78, and a crew member Paul Childs were able to get out a quick mayday. On arrival, the CG found Childs holding Eldredge who was in cardiac arrest. Eldredge passed away at the hospital afterwards. The boat was weighted down with sea bass traps which may of contributed to the probleem weight wise. The CG towed the boat in last night to Bass River Beach.

It's been a short boating season so far and up here in Massachusetts and we have already had several accidents and fatalities. Sad news indeed.
