I have a couch in my cellar. It's cool, dark, and quiet. Melatonin has some kind of chemical that isn't processed quickly through your system and can mess up your liver or spleen or something. At least that is what some tree hugger in GNC told me one day when she saw me buying a bottle of it. Now I just use alcohol. If you have someone else driving try a 12 pack of some micro-brew and a 1/2 pint of Buca! I sleep like a baby every time. And it is much easier on the liver.
