See how those spooks work. You might want to taper the tail end a little more if you do not get the action you are after. May be start the taper about a 1/3 the way back. How are they weighed? I like them to sit slightly tail down at may be a 10 degree angle. If they work like you want them too
if not, those are some ideas to try out.
