I use SB112,,Newelly hates it ..Systems Three ,,goes like this..My opion..
1. Mirror Coat .. Most user friendly,,Bar top finish .. a tad tougher than envirotex..
2. Clear Coat .. prefered by most,, tough.. small boat marine finish ..
3. SB112..I don't know anyone but me that uses it ,,bounces off rocks nice .. toughfest of the three..my opion only.. Surf Board epoxy ..
If you buy some SB112 now you'll say I'm nuts this stuff is great,(2-1 measure with thier syringes) and you will be in love through Sept.. This stuff loves the hot humid weather.. When the house is buttoned up say late fall through the winter this stuff makes me mental .. yup tried hot boxes .. Everytime I think I have it down,, I coat a bunch plugs and it crawls .. little voids that weren't there before.. drafts?.. humitity ? I have dry forced hot air.. I don't know ...winter sux with this stuff .. you might have to drop down to Clear Coat even Mirror Coat .. to work with in the winter and get decent results .. I'm using SB112 now and we are in love again .. I know it will turn on me again .. I'm still looking for something better .. Go ahead and try it though.. maybe you'll do better ..
