this is whats called aluminum transfer.
the heat melted the aluminum piston to the stainless sleeve.
gotta get some acid to remove the aluminum, then hone the sleeve a little, and hope for the best.
otherwise i'll have the sleeve bored out at a machine shop, and do oversize pistons.
