1. Buy a NOAA chart of Newport

2. Use the S-B search function - search for favorite plugs, eels, surf set-ups.

3. Go to www.maineharbors.com for tide chart based on Castle Hill, Newport, RI and it will also give you moon phases.

4. And before you do anything else.....

BUY A PAIR OF KORKERS!!!! The rocks here are covered with algae and seaweed and are extremely dangerous for the uninitiated if you're not accustomed to them.
