I agree that smoked mackeral and smoked blues are outstanding.
Haven't tried smoked eel. For that matter, I have tried fishing with eels yet. Guess I could kill two birds with one stone. Take 'em fishing and if they do not produce - it is off to the smoker.
I hear taking the skins off eels sucks. Anyone have any advice?
