I fish with another guy by the name of Matt. I drive a GMC Jimmy Green with a "Home Grown" fishing rack on the back. My buddy drives a Black Passport with the same type of rack.

Just got the OSV permits 3 years ago. Matt's cousin's own Blackbeards in Eastham. I bet those are the people you are thinking of....maybe?
