I'm hoping for you both that this is just a scare and that she was unharmed. I've got a 4 year old girl too and I can't imagine the feelings.
I wouldn't kill him though. I'd cripple him so he could spend the remainder his time before going to hell in constant pain and fear.
Since you only go to jail if you get caught and convicted, I'm sure that most of us would be glad to go fishing with you when this scum suffers a random encounter or freak accident.
