I doubt that amendment would fly...you will have a lot of crying as I bet 95% of those fishing don't make 66% of their income from fishing.
re prices...bad weather and the bass week is over till next week is the reason for the rebound. (no fish on the market till next week) It will drop again come monday I bet. It was much lower earlier in the week.
