Well it's out of the bag. Yes it's Capt Neto. and your right this guy can catch some fish. I'd put money on him against anyone for stripers from a boat. Consistant and large
I've seen him in the middle of other boats and him being the only one catching more than once. He actually had one kid break an IFGA record on his boat last year. that's pretty amazing.
