Thanks for the advice guys well it seems like they are on their way out!
Went to court the judge heard my statement and theirs they broke the lease and they are out! I'm just glad i didn't break the lease there's alot in there that i wasn't aware of. I know one thing... I ain't doing no more yearly lease again
