Let me tell ya something....I grow tired year in and year out of you whiney Red Sox fans simply being happy with the possibility of securing the wildcard spot in the AL!
It just always seems to be good enough for Boston fans, and you never seem to want to push for the division win!!!
Damn it folks, demand more, expect more.....for cryin' out loud, I am not just talkin' when we are 10 games out you look towards the wildcard, earlier in the season when we are a mere 3 games behind....many are taking solice that the Sox are leading in their bid for the wildcard spot!!!! They lay down their arms and damn it, they are happy just with winning the wildcard!!!! That is the long and short of the Boston Red Sox mentality not just from the fans but from the Sox management also!!!!!
You never hear the Yankees cryin' "ohhhh, we are only a couple games out in the division but hey......we can win the wildcard spot!!!! Are you kidding....the Yankees do not think that way and neither should Boston fans.
