it is tough to compare 2 lures companies that really make opposite types of plugs. the needlefish area is one that they both beachmaster and habs produce. i am a big fan of beachmaster plugs as they blow away anything that gibbs and bm make of each other. but, when you compare quality of the products, there is no comparison of a habs to almost anything! habs puts much more time in sanding and painting that most others. habs' appretice (tattoo) has equal quality. see what happens when you learn from the best? so needle to needle, i'll take a habs as it is proven and has caught way more fish. look how long it takes the walls to be strip clean of habs plugs. that's is the mark of a proven lure. 'nuff said.
