Just in regarding NEMFC Rec advisory board:
I just got this from Chuck C. at MSBA:

The New England Fishery Management Council (NEFMC) is soliciting nominations for a new Recreational Fisheries Advisory Committee to provide them input on issues such as Marine Protected areas (MPAs); groundfish management; etc. They plan to establish an advisory committee of no more than 15 members spanning a range of user groups, geographic areas, areas of expertise, and socioeconomic interests.
