I hope its enough to use anti-bacterial soap when you get home. I am fanatical about washing my hands well when I'm home and when I have cuts, I use that purell anti-bact lotion. It stings like hell, but it gives me some peace of mind that I killed some micro bugs.
I was carrying that stuff on the boat too, but I'm out.
Cuts are unavoidable, I guess the best we can do is make sure we clean 'em out well.
