Don't you know the fishing is better on the North Fork?

There's a great little surfcasting spot called Plum Gut. You just need to walk a little further off the jetty at the cable crossing. Just a little. Don't worry about the rip, the water's real shallow there and you can walk out as far as you can. A full moon

is best.
