when 2000 and ME was released floppies were part of that "get rid of" technology along with serial and parallel ports and ....

I need more IceCream.....

you can check here... but READ first before doing anything...

you can within XP create a ms-dos bootable floppy but from the cmd line the /s parameter is no longer an option...
