Yup - I bought an Henri Lloyd Pulse splash jacket for $95 a month ago - it's got a neoprene waistband with velcro straps, neoprene cuffs and collar with velcro strap and a storm flap if it's too warm for the collar to be closed so you get some ventilation.

It also got a mesh pocket on the upper left arm for a pack of smokes and a Zippo in a ziploc - well, if ya smoke, I guess -

The whole jacket probably weighs maybe 1 1/2 # and all the seams are taped -

I'm buying the pants to go with it, too - Henri Llloyd is top-of-the -line sailing gear - couldn't believe the splash top was as reasonable as it was - JT's Chandlery sells 'em in Newport.
