The Diawa Sealine is a good cheap rod. Have thrown 3.5oz plugs and eels with it.The tip will come un-done but easily replaced. If your just looking for a cheap 2-piece thats the one.Beat the crap out of mine and still handled fish to 40#. But if your gonna do a lot of canal work, get a nice custom stick.
