A loomis 1266/2 will do it well. An Arra 1322 will do it too but 4 OZ is pushing it IMO. An Arra 1205 will do it but not too good at 1 OZ. An allstar 1266 will do 2 to 5 but not the 1 OZ. I think you could also use an Allsatr 1208. As Fishweewee said , two rods would cover it better , especially since you mention the canal as an application.
