All kidding aside, my father was a fisherman and had grand plans to fish more when he retired. Unfortunately, he became chronically ill and was not able to continue fishing.
He has left me with lots of "old" tackle and what was really interesting is that he had a habit of writing the date and price on items he purchased. I have unopened Atom plugs from the 70s for example stating he paid $.73 for them. Nice!
