Put a 3 year moratorium on pogies(aka bunker/menhaden) and watch how healthy the stocks get.There are a lot of bass out there and in the Chesapeak area,but they are getting macrobacteriosis and are skinny because they don't have enough fatty food to eat. Menhaden multiply quickly - they have to-evrything eats them. 3 years and their stocks would rebound and we would have a much healthier striper population. But.......big companies make MONEY off of pogies
