I've never done it before.Has anybody here had success doing so?

I have a ton of clam bellies left over after making stuffies and really can't see just tossing them in the garbage.

Does chumming from shore work and how should I prepare the chum?

I have a favorite tidal salt pond I like to fish and would like to try some chum there on an outgoing flow.
