I really can't imagine anything that would justify throwing a chair into the stands. If a fan was reaching over and grabbing a player, all they have to do is ask the cops and they would eject the fan.
Simply put, there is no lower standard here just because this was a baseball game, and to pretend there is sends a terrible message to our kids.
I hope he is prosecuted criminally over this.
