Im not the expert on job outsourcing but i will say there should be a law about outsourcing computer tech people to foreign countries.....Oh my god it was a nightmare calling Sony for computer help.....I couldnt understand anything they were trying to say to me!! Thick foriegn accents....I felt so rude having them repeat themselves a million times becuase they made no sense!
