There are small schools of peanut bunker. They around from mid september to mid november. I haven't seen any adult bunker last year but the year before guys were snagging them in the blackstone in pawtucket. So there are some around in narraganset bay. Not many though
Your best bet in Rhody for finding Adult bunker is in may but you really gotta search for them.
