I would buy a slightly used 26 or 28' Vector center console boat motor and trailer and put the rest toward fishing gear and additional electronics and gas. Now if you had said 200k I would have said a used blackfin or Bertram that needed new power and some TLC
Of course this is only if I had that kind of money laying around collecting dust, otherwise I will repower my current boat until death due us part
