Yup, 100 % behind you on that, I suggested a fishermans only sticker 6PM till 6AM, they hold out #X for weekly, #X, for Self Contained, why won't they do it for a "dracula sticker"??? NPS, don't wanta hear it. And, before you ask me, No, I can't get backing from a certain group on it.... they like the status quo tooooo much. Also understand your editor taking it out, lots of folks afraid to stir them waters.... they are afraid to open up the rules to change, afraid that the "feelgooder" groups would have too much input, and take more away... they should read the original charter of the seashore... you already mentioned it, "historical use".... it's covered. I'm behind you Flap, take the ball and run, but a lot of the fights gone outta me, I'd rather be fishing.
