Keep the eel moving slowly. More tangles on the teaser if you are not careful. Also , I like the teaser about 3 feet up from the eel. IMO , the best set up is a rigged eel and a teaser rather than a live one. a good second choice is a dead eel and a teaser. Use a very short drop on the teaser when used with a live eel to minimize your chance of a knotted mess.
