All Star or Batson SU 1208, around a buck-twenty-five for the blank. They're pretty sturdy for rock hopping.
Glass might be your better bet if your rods take a beating from the stones. Wrapped spinning, a Lami SB 121 3M can throw about 1-1/2 oz and still handle around 6 at the top end, and will outlast any graphite. A little heavy, but it pays off in durability and the ability to boss a fish around clutter.
