Its been lean from shore for bass this fall....I am exhausted at the moment putting in some serious time with only spotty results.
Before I leave each spot I turn on my light and look around...water is gin clear and no to very little bait in sight...zippo most places except for some bulemic sand eels around poge
I wish it "hasn't started" but I think they swam inshore thru the canal and bypassed us this year. no bait = no fish. Also I think the bass population is a lot worse then most "experts" think. I would like to see it go back to one at 36 and stop comm activity AND work on the forage fish issue... but we know the DMF has trouble working on more then one fish at a time

Regardless I am already looking foreward to next year!
