Back in the eighties when I first blew out my back they gave me some kinda muscle relaxant, Valium, and Tylenol 3 with Codiene.
Take one of each of these 3, every 4 hours, and rest....
YEAH... that's cause you swallow them, 10, 9, 8, 7, yer OUT-------> then 3 hours and 45 minutes later you wake up, look at the clock, OH ....
time for more pills? Yep, repeat........ NO WAY, I did it the first day, then figgered feeling the pain was better than being in a drug induced coma... flat on my arse for 2 weeks, and it still sings at me now and again... especially now thatgood old arthur-itis has found that old wound too....
