Recent software installs? Kids games

Patches? none that I know of. (unless the 4.10.22a is one?) - you are playing with fire

Current Ant-Virus? much like the boat insurance I had, none. - You are on you own

You can try to download and install the stuff I listed up top but you seriously will have PC death running how you are running - not if but just a matter of how soon...

The only way to complete secure a PC and certainly a windows PC is to disconnect it from any network, phone line, and permanatly remove all removeable media.... Matter of fact, disconnect the power cord too
