Spence , I'd bet that that guy keeps his bullett in his shirt pocket. Just couldn't wait to shoot something , anything. You find some real cowboys on local forces, frankly they scare me. They take a situation and make it all about them. Where they should have tried to solve the problem at hand. It's just too simple for them.
