The majority of those sacks are coverage sacks. Lots of times, the Giants have been keeping Barber and Shockey in pass protection instead of going downfield. That allows opposing defenses to double cover the wide receivers. Warner stands there, tapping the ball against his non-throwing hand, waiting for them to get open, instead of unloading the damn thing out of bounds
Or he tries to scramble, and his feet are even slower than Bledsoe's. Not a good thing when a fat, 345 pound tackle can run you down after you have a 5 yard head start.
