New Accurate Spinning Reels

Here is some info on the new spinning reels coming out from Accurate.

I received the following input from Accurate today on the reels:

"Hello Joe, We did design the new spinning reel for surf guys like yourself.
It holds 300 yards of 30# mono and weighs about 30 ounces. It has o-rings
for water resistance. About the same size of the Stella 10,000.

Here are
some more soecs for you.
-- It is a 30/40 pound test reel and 65# spectra backing. 10 ball
bearings and 1 clutch bearing, O-rings, titanium spool shaft, titanium drags
(twindrag) and titanium bail that is manual. It gets about 28-30 pounds of
drag and is machined out of 6061-T aluminum. The gears are made of heat
treated stainless steel. Built like a horse. The reel just caught a 300#
Blue Marlin in Kona Hawaii. We don't have a set price yet but I suspect it
will be in the 700-800 dollar range.

We are also going to make 2 smaller
spinning reels once we get into production the the larger one.
Let me know if you have anymore questions."
