I wonder if this stuff is growing because of that sewage outflow pipe from Boston...
Interesting note is I just got back from a Cub Scout tour with my son....Uxbridge wastewater treatment plant....
Water output is undrinkable...dumping into Blackstone river....and people wanna clean the river up
