The shooter was identified as a Hmong tribesman in this country for 20 years. He claims he was fired on first and was called racial slurs. If this is true then those poor souls picked on the wrong guy. The Hmong were the mentors of our Green Berets in SE Asia and were screwed for their efforts. Great woodsmen. Whatever the true story, it's still one hell of a tragedy. My heart goesout to all.
