Like TLap said. If you want 1.5 go with a 1.5 head. The paint, thread and bucktail are insignificant.
The powder paint is great. Very tough although still won't hold up long getting dragged thru the sand all day. But it is simple to use, hardly any mess and not much fumes.
Do-it molds are nice, the soft aluminum allows you to dremel tool changes as you see fit.
Can't also make custom molds out of plaster of paris, they won't last too long but worth getting a run on them.
