I made a jig for this tonight and it was wayyy easier. Granted, you have to leave the square stock nubs on the end of the plug, but all it is, is a board with a strip of wood on one side. Clamp it to the drillpress and all of your holes will be inline. Just slide the plug down the strip of wood. This will work for big plugs, small plugs, fancy plugs, and in my case, ugly plugs
