People won't have to go to Canada to save 80% on the script....its pretty much the same price in either country.
I think we have a LOT more serious things to worry about as a country than someone sparking one up, especially when someone is suffering through a chemotherapy treatment or from some other disease.

Drinking + Driving = 20 miles ABOVE the speed limit
Smoking + Driveing = 20 miles BELOW the speed limit, and you'll start to slow down because the light is getting ready to turn yellow.
