Yeah, I'm tired of sleeping on the recliner and need my own bed room.
Contrary to what ya folks think - we need a bigger kitchen and don't have a guest room.
Converting the basement into a room is out of the question - it is cluttered w/ my stuff.
I'm sloooooooowly getting rid of my excess stuff (trade off lots of woodworking misc items so far this yr, gave away gear to RISAA youth program and so forth).
I have had a couple folks e-mail me so far. No one here is an architect?
