Seriously though, unless you have experienced it, don't make a diagnosis. We are not so scientifically advanced that we can rationally explain all of our scensory experiences. The brain is very complex, and certain nuerotransmitters, such as seratonin and nueroepinephrin, that control our moods and perceptions, are far from being completely understood.
