I think the other guys are right. You are never "really" ready to do it. Yes it is really going to impact you fishing and such for a bit. I have a 4 and 5 year old and this fall was dealing with half day Kindergarden
talk about not have time to go to certain fihsing spots on the boat before the bus is back. Wifey works full-time and I'm on my off rotation. I get less fishing time now than when they were infants. As you already know raising kids is a challenge. Awesome one minute and the next you want to pull your hair out.
You and your wife have got another good 5 or 6 years to think about it. Good Luck, Jon
