I've trying to get a little more info but... Now a few of those fish were keeper size but by far, most were schoolies. BUt for the marine-bios to think that the "raised-in-captivity" seals wouldn't harm the bass. Come on. What a bunch of morons. I hope this is not another indication of the intelligence of the some of these folks managing the fisheries.

Again, I'm not upset that the seals mauled the bass at this latest "Boston Massacre" because that's what they are supposed to do right? Eat fish to survive? Eat, sleep, and have pups... That's what they do. But to have some marine biologist think that the bass and seals would live side by side and in perfect harmony made a serious blunder of judgement. Not to mention that these fish are somewhat protected....

Counter point - I was originally planning to toss some eels over the side to see how the Stripers took them. Does that make me a moron too?? At least I knew the eels would get sucked up by the bass
