Just reading an artical on jigs.
One guy use's this method he cuts a sponge into cubes, put's the cubes into a container with a fish chum (local bait poggies or herring)marinade and lets the cubes soak up all the goodies.
Then when ready for jigging he'll take a smelly cube and slide it up the shank & push it up into the back of the head.
This sounds pretty good,any of you guys here try this?I'll bet this would be killer in the Canal.
