Jiggy's spinner is definitely right on the money. Really cant do too much better .
Just ONE word of caution.
BEFORE you do a big batch of plugs like that, do just 1 plug as a test run, because there are so many variables : Epoxy types, viscosity (making # RPM's critical) ,drying(curing actually) time, affected by temp, humidity, and the mixture on some of these epoxies like Syst 3 for example has to be perfectly proportioned & properly mixed.
Once you got the Formula down & build your confidence, then u can do a large batch.
